This is our standard fasting program, it completely puts our stomach and digestive activity in pause by ingesting freshly squeezed juices and vegetable broths during fasting, infusions and mineral water throughout the process.

Description

The 7-day fasting retreat is the most suitable for a complete cleansing of your body. Accommodation in a cozy stay. We specialize in organizing fasting retreats and physical activity outside the noise of the city, in places surrounded by nature and charm. We were inspired by the Buchinger-Whilhelmi method.

The retreats of Your MX Fasting guarantee you a total disconnect, both physical and mental and a general well-being that will benefit your health for a long time.

What's a therapeutic fast retreat day?

Days begin with morning supervision, followed by a class of yoga, pilates or breathwork and the taking of our delicious cold-pressed organic fruit and vegetable juice. Later there is a walk to reconnect with the energy of nature and oxygenate your body. You can, if you choose, relax with massages or beauty treatments and you will also have coaching and emotional therapies. In the afternoon you will enjoy workshops or conferences that encourage you to awaken your conscience, to end the day with a vegetable broth before going to sleep.

At about 8 a.m. we woke up.

Yoga, pilates or morning work, to stretch us and receive the day.

At 9.30 a.m. we take strength, with the best of the day: the juice.

At 10hrs, you have the option to do 3 hrs of hiking, adapted for everyone.

At 14hrs free time: While some rest, others prefer personalized massages or therapies

At 18hrs there is a feedback circle with whomever you choose to participate

At 20hrs, dinner: a delicious hot.

At 8.30pm to rest.

Hiking

Day begins with gentle physical exercises. We had a juice and went out to breathe and walk in the middle of nature.

Walking, the purification process is activated on its own, eliminating toxins, in addition to connecting with ourselves. The trails are designed and adapted for each assistant.

Talks

We will teach you to learn to change habits, manage better emotions and control anxiety, is ultimately to get keys to living better.
