DETOX
The DETOX program
This is the perfect program to start experiencing the feelings and benefits of fasting, basically consisting of giving a reset to your body without the long duration of a fast.
During this program, you will enjoy the same activities that are carried out in the fasting program, but only for 4 days.
How does a day go on our retreats?
- We begin with a sadhana to start the day with this spiritual practice to be in connection with our body during the day.
- We continue with a hiking route to improve our physical and mental health during the day.
- Ingest your first juice to detoxify yourself, improve your digestive system, and strengthen your immune system.
- Every day you will carry out different movement activities for your body such as: yoga, meditation, breathwork, etc.
- During the day you will keep ingesting treatment and detoxifying infusions;
- You will attend group talks to share your experience every day with the other participants;
- Journal there shall be a practice/workshop related either to the body, mind or spirit;
- And you'll end your day with a vegetable broth.
Of course you will have time off during the day to perform any of the therapies, services and/or complementary experiences they offer on site.
In each of the destinations, there will be different services, therapies, massages, facials and experiences that if you wish you can hire in a complementary way.
