  • Your TMB (Baal Metabolic Tasa) consumes on average (taking into account moderate daily activity), between 2000 and 2500 KCL per day, representing a reservation in days of: 100,000KCL / 2500 KCL = 40 days.

This calculation helps to put in perspective a 7-day fast, understanding that the human body is designed to pass periods of major shortages if necessary.
